My work is full of energy and movement that convey my sense of spontaneity and creativity. What excites me is the challenge of incorporating various materials into my work. Comfortable with a variety of media, I especially enjoy portraying the human figure in a realistic or abstract drawing, painting, or monotype print—often employing found materials and innovative techniques.

It’s fascinating to see how viewers interpret my paintings in their own personal way.  One collector noted: “I never get tired of looking at your work.  While I’m interested in the piece from a distance, when I get close I invariably find a surprise—something new that I didn’t see before—to spark my imagination.” 

My creative journey has been one of constant evolution, which has brought numerous awards and allowed me to be of service to the community in many beneficial ways.  The artist’s life is truly a blessing!
